Cancellation notice must be given by 1:00 pm three (3) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you fail to cancel your reservation prior to the required deadline, your credit card will be charged for the entire reservation amount.
Early Departure - Please understand, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Your lodging, RV or Tent site has been held for you. Because we held this site for you and no one else could reserve it, no refunds are issued for early departure.
PAYMENTS - By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Wild Goose Meadows RV to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation 24 hours prior to your stay, including any costs accrued while at the property, including any damages or theft of items, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. All reservations must be accompanied by a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit card.

We look forward to making your stay with us at The Wild Goose Meadows RV Park a truly enjoyable experience. We ask that you please take a moment to read this agreement in full. When you book lodging at Wild Goose Meadows RV, you must understand and fully accept the policies and restrictions set forth for these accommodations. Thank you.
~ General ~
The campsite must be occupied during the first night of your stay and must be attended during each 24-hour period thereafter. A sleeping unit must occupy the site. Otherwise, a $100.00 TOS fee will be applied to the credit card on file.

Smoking is allowed only in your vehicle and personal camping unit or campsite. NOWHERE ELSE.
Cigarette butts are trash. Do not throw them on the ground.
This is a Marijuana and drug free business. (legal or otherwise)
Please exercise great care when driving in the park. The speed limit is 5 mph.
Please do not park in the roadway or on the lawns. Please do not park in the space next to you.
Extra parking is available. Please ask the office where to park extra vehicles. Please, park your vehicle directly in front of or behind your camper/RV.
Children under 15 must be supervised at all times; parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.
Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am. Sorry, no generators during quiet time.
Check in/out time is 12:00 pm; if you need to stay longer, please make arrangements with management.
We are on a septic system. Please do not put female products, paper towels, baby wipes, food, grease etc. down our sewer.
Washing of vehicles is not permitted without prior approval.
Working on vehicles is not permitted without prior approval.
No tents allowed in RV spaces without prior approval.
Please secure all your personal items and make sure all items (including vehicles) are insured. Wild Goose Meadows RV is not responsible for the loss or damage to any items, including vehicles, RV’s, 5th wheels, trailers, ATV’s Motorcycles, etc.
~ Pets ~
Pets must be always leashed and under physical control by owner when outside of your unit. (this includes cats)
Children under 15 may not walk dogs around the park without an adult.
Pets are not allowed to be tied up outside and unattended at any time.
Promptly pick up after your pets, even in the dog walk exercise area.
~ Restrooms/Showers/Laundry ~
If any of the facilities need attention, please notify management.
Dyeing clothes and/or hair is not permitted in our facilities
Please keep in mind that other campers are waiting to shower/do laundry.
Please do not overload the washer and dryers, they are light duty and will not spin out if overloaded.
Please do not wash dog blankets, dog beds or any other dog stuff in our washers.
We are not responsible for items left in facilities.
Please turn off lights and shut the door when you leave.
~ Fire ~
Fires are allowed in fire rings only. However, please check at the office to see if it is a green burn day before starting a fire.
Fires are to be no more than knee high.
Never leave a fire unattended by an adult.
Fires must be completely extinguished before retiring for the night or leaving the campsite.
No fires allowed during windy conditions!
